Step 1: Parent To-Do List
Please complete these required items before the first day of school.
- Update Contact Information: Log into PowerSchool to update your contact information.
- Pay School Fees: Pay elective fees and the optional $20 yearbook fee via SchoolCashOnline.
- PaySchool Central: Lunch Payment or Free or reduced lunch Waiver form.

Step 2: Health & Immunizations
- All incoming 7th graders will need their Tdap and Meningococcal vaccinations BEFORE beginning at Maple View. Please make sure those have been completed by the first day of school.
- Email heidi.checketts@ccsdut.org if you have any questions about your student's vaccination records.
Step 3: Student Information
- Class Schedule & Locker information is available on PowerSchool starting August 14th, 2026.

Lunch Fees - Pay, Reduced, Free:
Free & Reduced-Price Lunch
- Apply Online: Complete the online application to determine if your child is eligible.
- Questions? Please contact the main office for assistance.
Lunch Payments & Balances
- Pay & Check Balances Online: Use Pay School Central to view your account balance and make payments with internet convenience and transaction fees of 3.25% per transaction.
- Pay In-Person: Cash, card, or check payments can be made directly at the main office.
